Store Policies


Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original bill of sale, in original packaging and in obviously new condition. No refunds will be allowed on sale, close-out, special ordered, discontinued, or used merchandise. When possible, refunds will be given in the same manner of original payment. Check refunds will be sent from the head office within ten days of the merchandise return. We can not offer full refunds on Bicycles, Fitness Equipment, Rubber Goods, Worn Clothing or Tools. We will strive to help with any problems you may be having with any of the non-refundable items by any means necessary but we are no longer able to give full refunds. All refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Layaways will not be held for more than 90 days from the inception date. All layaway deposits are non-refundable; a credit on your account may be issued between 30 and 90 days. After 90 days all payments are forfeited.


You will be notified by telephone when your repaired item is ready for pick-up. All repaired items not picked up within 30 days from the completion date will be charged $2.00 a day for storage. All repaired items not picked up within 60 days from the completion date will be disposed of.
